Megs Herbal Home (“we”, “us”, “our”) currently ships orders within New Zealand only.

Orders are usually processed within [1–3] business days after payment is received.
In warmer months we only ship tallow orders on Monday and Tuesday, this is to ensure the product has as little time in transit as possible.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
If there is a delay with your order (for example, an item is out of stock), we will contact you by email.

3. Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within [2–5] business days, depending on your location in New Zealand.
Rural deliveries may take a little longer.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays, weather).

Shipping is charged at checkout and will be shown before you confirm your order.

Where available, we will provide a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please make sure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or non‑delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

7. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.
If your parcel appears to be lost, please contact us so we can follow up with the courier.
We will work with you to find a fair solution in line with our Refund Policy and New Zealand consumer law.
